Hostel management involves overseeing all aspects of running a hostel or dormitory, ensuring that the living environment is safe, comfortable, and well-organized for students, workers, or other residents. It encompasses various administrative, operational, and support tasks to create a smooth and efficient experience for both residents and staff.

Currently manages of fourteen (14) blocks of student hostels and related facilities for University Putra Malaysia (UPM) under a long-term concession agreement.
